ホテルパームロイヤルNAHA国際通り ロイヤルメンバーズ利用規約
ロイヤルメンバーズとは、お客様へ末永くご利用頂く為にご利用金額に応じポイントが貯まる、使える会員制（要登録）のメンバー特典です。
第1条（会員組織の名称）
会員組織の名称は「ロイヤルメンバーズ」（以下「本会」といいます）とします。
第2条（サービスおよび運営）
本会は、本会のメンバーズ（以下「会員」といいます）が、本会に加盟する運営施設（以下「運営施設」といいます）に関し、各種特典やサービスの提供を受けることができるサービスです。
本会の運営は、株式会社髙倉コーポレーション（本社所在地：沖縄県那覇市牧志3丁目9-10、以下「当社」といいます）が行います。
第3条（会員資格等）
会員は、次条に定める会員登録手続により本会への入会を申し込み、当社が入会を認めた方で、ホテルパームロイヤルNAHA国際通り規約（以下「本規約」といいます）の内容に同意する個人の方とします。
なお、お客様が入会の申込みをした場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
会員は、運営施設に関する各種特典やサービスの提供を受ける場合、関係法令、本規約、宿泊約款、その他当社または運営施設が定める規約等に従っていただく必要があります。
第4条（会員登録）
お客様は、当社が運営する公式ホームページにて、所定の会員登録手続を行うことにより、本会への入会を申し込むことができます。
本会への入会申込みにあたっては、メールアドレス、パスワードその他の当社が指定する必要事項（以下、これらを「アカウント情報」といいます）の登録が必要です。
なお、お1人様1アカウントまでの登録といたします。
会員は、アカウント情報のうちパスワードその他のログインに関する情報（以下「ログイン情報」といいます。）について厳正に管理する責任を負います。
会員は、ログイン情報を第三者に貸与、譲渡または売買等してはなりません。
ログイン情報の管理不備による損害の責任は会員が負うものとし、当社に重過失がある場合を除き、当社及び運営施設は責任を負いません。
第5条（入会金・年会費）
入会金・年会費は無料とします。ただし、当社が必要と認めて会員に通知することにより、所定の年会費を請求する場合があります。
第6条（会員資格の喪失）
会員は、次の事項のいずれかに該当した場合は、当社の判断により、何らの通知・催告なく、会員資格を取り消され、未使用の利用特典は会員資格の喪失と同時に消滅し、その後新たに使用することはできません。
・アカウント情報について虚偽の登録を行った場合
・登録上のご住所・電話番号等の連絡先に連絡がとれない場合
・利用料金など諸料金をお支払いいただけない場合、または支払いが遅れた場合
・当社、運営施設またはお客様等の第三者の名誉・信用を傷つけ、秩序を乱す行為があった場合
・運営施設の利用に関し不正・迷惑行為があった場合
・運営施設の利用に関し、暴行、傷害、強要、脅迫、恐喝、詐欺その他の犯罪行為があった場合
・その他、関係法令、本規約、宿泊約款、その他当社または運営施設が定める規約等に違反する行為があった場合
・暴力団、暴力団員またはその関係者その他反社会的勢力である場合
・その他、当社が不適当と判断した場合
第7条（ポイントの付与）
当社は以下の付与基準で、当社の公式ホームページにて予約した場合のみを対象とし、インターネットエージェントまたは旅行会社等を経由して予約した場合は対象外とします。また、予約したものの実際の利用がなかった場合にはポイント付与しません。
（付与基準）
1泊1予約ご利用金額100円（税込み）につき3ポイントをご利用の3日後（チェックアウト日の3日後）以降に付与します。
第8条（ポイント付与の対象とならない場合）
会員が運営施設を利用しても、以下の場合はポイントを付与しません。
・インターネットエージェントまたは旅行会社等を経由して予約、利用した場合
・法人契約企業料金にて利用した場合
第9条（ポイントの使用方法）
ポイントの使用方法は以下のとおりとします。
予約サイトでの利用代金への充当
会員は、公式ホームページサイトでのホテル、予約時に1ポイント1円相当として、500ポイント以上で利用代金へ充当できるものとします。会員が予約をキャンセルした場合、当社はポイントを返還します。
ただし、キャンセル時に有効期限が過ぎているポイントは返還しません。また、予約のキャンセル時にキャンセルポリシーの適用がある場合、ポイントは当社の判断によりキャンセル料に充当することができるものとします。
会員は、キャンペーンで獲得したポイントについても前項と同じ方法で使用できるものとします。
ポイントは現金への換金や施設利用券等との交換は行えません。また複数のアカウントのポイント残高を統合することやポイントを第三者へ譲渡することもできません。
第10条（ポイントの有効期限）
ポイントの有効期限は、ポイントが付与された時から始まり、ホテルのチェックアウト日から24か月後までとします。ただし、特定プランのキャンペーン実施時に付与するポイントはプラン毎に有効期限を定めるものとします。
第11条（当社からの通知）
当社から会員に対する通知は、登録上のメールアドレスへ情報送信することをもって、会員に到達したものとみなします。
第12条（会員情報の変更）
会員は、メールアドレス、パスワード、住所、電話番号その他のアカウント情報に変更があった場合は、当社が運営する公式ホームページにて登録情報の更新を行い、常に最新の情報に保つものとし、適切な変更がなされなかったことによる損害について、当社及び運営施設は責任を負いません。
第13条（退会）
本会からの退会は、当社が運営する公式ホームページ内の会員ページにてお手続きください。退会手続の完了時をもって退会とします。
最終ご利用日から3年間運営施設の利用がない場合、退会となる場合があります。
会員が本会を退会する場合、未使用の利用特典は退会と同時に消滅し、その後新たに使用・獲得することはできません。
第14条（本規約の変更・廃止）
以下のいずれかに該当する場合、当社は会員の事前の承諾なしに本規約を変更できるものとします。その際、当社は当社が運営する公式ホームページ等で内容及び効力発生日を提示することで会員に告知するものとします。
・本規約の変更が、会員の一般の利益に適合するとき
・本規約の変更が契約をした目的に反せず、かつ、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性、変更の内容その他の変更に係る事情に照らして合理的なものであるとき
当社は本規約を、会員に対する事前の通知や、会員の事前の承諾なしに廃止する場合があります。
第15条（免責）
当社は、火災、停電、地震等の天災その他事由によるシステム障害の発生、及びシステム保守その他運営上の障害の発生等により、本会に関するサービスの全部または一部の提供を中断・休止する場合があります。この場合、当社は会員または第三者が被った不利益、損害について責任を負いません。
第16条（会員組織の終了（解散））
本会は、当社の都合により事前に会員に対しその旨を告知した上で終了する場合があります。この場合、未使用の利用特典は本会の終了をもって消滅し、その後新たに使用することはできません。
第17条（個人情報の取り扱いと利用目的）
会員の個人情報は、以下の目的に利用させていただきます。なお取得情報につきましては、当該利用目的に最低限必要な情報に限り、これを超えた情報のご提供を入会等の条件とすることはありません。
・運営施設におけるサービスの提供のため
・会員情報の管理、会員から当社にお問い合わせをいただいた場合の履歴管理、当社から会員に連絡を取る必要が生じた場合等における会員へのサービスの提供のため
・会員に付与される特典提供、運営施設の情報・イベント・サービスのご案内送付、懸賞やキャンペーンの実施のため
・運営施設の各種サービス・商品改善のための市場調査等のマーケティング活動、販売促進活動の効果検証、販売促進計画の策定のため
・法令に基づく権利の行使、義務の履行のため
第18条（個人情報の管理）
当社では会員から収集させていただいた個人情報を適切、厳重に管理し、会員の個人情報への不正なアクセスや情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩等が起きないよう予防及び安全対策を講じております。
第19条（準拠法）
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
第20条（合意管轄）
会員と、当社または運営施設との間における一切の紛争については、那覇市地方裁判所をもって第一審の専属的管轄裁判所とします。
第21条（使用言語）
本規約は日本語が正文であり、本規約につき他の言語により翻訳文が作成される場合においても、日本語の正文のみが規約として効力を有するものとします。
Hotel Palm Royal NAHA Kokusai Street Royal Members Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Name of Membership Organization)
The name of the membership organization shall be "Royal Members"(hereinafter referred to as "this organization").
Article 2 (Services and Operations)
This organization is a service that allows members of this organization(hereinafter referred to as "members") to receive various benefits and services related to the facilities affiliated with this organization(hereinafter referred to as "operating facilities") based on the usageamount.
The operation of this organization will be conducted by Takakura Corporation (Head Office: 3-9-10 Makishi, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture,hereinafter referred to as "the company").
Article 3 (Membership Qualification, etc.)
Members are individuals who apply for membership with this organizationthrough the membership registration procedure specified in the following article and are approved by the company. In the event that a customer submits an application for membership, it will be deemed that they have agreed to the terms and conditions of Hotel Palm Royal NAHA Kokusai Street(hereinafter referred to as "these terms and conditions"). When members receive various benefits and services related to the operating facilities,they must comply with relevant laws, these terms and conditions,accommodation agreements, and other terms and conditions specified by the company or the operating facilities.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Customers can apply for membership with this organization by completing the designated membership registration procedure on the official website operated by the company. When applying for membership with this organization, it is necessary to register information such as an email address, password, and other necessary items specified by the company (hereinafter referred to as "account information"). Registration is limited to one account per person. Members are responsible for securely managing information related to account login, including passwords (hereinafter referred to as "login information"). Members must not lend, transfer, sell, or engage in any other activity related to login information with third parties. Members are responsible for any damages resulting from the improper management of login information, and the company and the operating facilities are not liable, except in cases of gross negligence by the company.
Article 5 (Enrollment Fee and Annual Fee)
The enrollment fee and annual fee are free. However, the company may charge the specified annual fee by notifying members when necessary.
Article 6 (Loss of Membership Qualification)
Members will have their membership qualifications revoked without notice or warning by the company's discretion if any of the following conditions apply, and any unused benefits will also be lost and cannot be used again:
・Falsification of account information
・Inability to contact the registered contact information, such as the address or phone number
・Failure to pay usage fees or delays in payment
・Actions that damage the honor or reputation of the company, operating facilities, or other third parties, or disrupt order
・Engagement in fraudulent or disruptive activities related to the operating facilities
・Engagement in criminal activities such as assault, injury, coercion,threats, extortion, fraud, or other crimes related to the operating facilities
・Violation of related laws, these terms and conditions, accommodation agreements, or other terms and conditions specified by the company or the operating facilities
・Affiliation with organized crime, organized crime members or their associates, or any other antisocial forces Other actions deemed inappropriate by the company
Article 7 (Awarding of Points)
The company awards points as follows and only applies to reservations made on the company's official website. Reservations made through internet agents or travel agencies are not eligible, and points will not be awarded if a reservation is not actually used.
(Award Criteria)
3 points will be awarded for every 100 yen (including tax) of the reservation amount, starting three days after the checkout date.
Article 8 (Exclusion from Point Award)
Points will not be awarded if members make reservations and use the services
・through internet agents or travel agencies or use corporate contract rates.
Article 9 (Use of Points)
Points can be used as follows: Deduction from the usage fee on the reservation site. Members can use points as equivalent to 1 point per yen when reserving hotels on the official website, with a minimum of 500 points applicable to the usage fee. If a member cancels a reservation, the company will refund the points. Points with expired validity at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. In the case of a cancellation policy for a reservation, the company may apply points to the cancellation fee at its discretion. Members can use points acquired through promotions in the same manner. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or facility usage vouchers, and they cannot be transferred to third parties.
Article 10 (Point Validity Period)
The validity period of points begins from the time they are awarded and lasts until 24 months after the checkout date at the hotel. However, points awarded during specific plan campaigns will have their own validity periods specified for each plan.
Article 11 (Notifications from the Company)
Notifications from the company to members are considered to have reached the members when they are sent to the registered email address.
Article 12 (Changes to Member Information)
Members are responsible for updating their registration information,including email addresses, passwords, addresses, phone numbers, and other account information, on the official website operated by the company. The company and the operating facilities are not liable for any damages resulting from failure to make appropriate changes.
Article 13 (Withdrawal)
Withdrawal from this organization can be completed on the membership page within the official website operated by the company. If a member does not use the operating facilities for three years after their last usage date,they may be withdrawn from membership. If a member withdraws from this organization, any unused benefits will be lost and cannot be used or acquired again.
Article 14 (Changes or Abolishment of These Terms and Conditions)
The company may change these terms and conditions without prior consent from members in the following cases. In such cases, the company will notify members of the content and effective date through official websites and similar means.
・When the changes to these terms and conditions are in the general interest of the members
・When the changes to these terms and conditions do not contradict the purpose of the contract and are reasonable in view of the necessity of the changes,the suitability of the changes, and other relevant factors
The company may abolish these terms and conditions without prior notice or consent from members.
Article 15 (Disclaimer)
The company may interrupt or suspend the provision of all or part of the services related to this organization due to system failures caused by natural disasters such as fire, power outage, earthquakes, or other reasons, as well as system maintenance and other operational disruptions. In such cases, the company is not liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by members or third parties.
Article 16 (Termination (Dissolution) of the Membership Organization)
This organization may be terminated by the company with prior notice to members for reasons related to the company's convenience. In such cases, any unused benefits will be lost upon termination, and they cannot be used or acquired again.
Article 17 (Handling and Purpose of Personal Information)
Members' personal information will be used for the following purposes. The acquisition of information will be limited to the minimum necessary for the stated purposes, and includes:
Conducting marketing activities, such as market research, for the improvement of various services and products provided by the operating facility, verification of the effectiveness of sales promotion activities, and formulation of sales promotion plans.
Exercising rights based on laws and fulfilling obligations.
Article 18 (Management of Personal Information)
We appropriately and rigorously manage the personal information collected from members, taking preventive measures and safety precautions to ensure the prevention of unauthorized access to members' personal information, as well as the prevention of information loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage.
Article 19 (Applicable Law)
This agreement complies with Japanese law and will be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
Article 20 (Consent Jurisdiction)
For any disputes between members and the company or operating facility, the Naha District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the first-instance court.
Article 21 (Language of Use)
This agreement is written in Japanese, and in the event of any translation of this agreement into other languages, the Japanese text shall prevail, and only the Japanese text shall be effective as the agreement.
